We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing updated security information associated with your Far West Bank accounts. Please be aware that an UNAUTHORIZED individual has been using phone messages in an attempt to obtain debit card numbers and PIN numbers in the Utah County area. If you receive an anonymous voice message or e-mail, or a message claiming to be from Far West Bank for that matter, in which you are asked to supply your debit/credit card number and PIN –please use extreme caution and do not reveal this information. We do not request this type of information from our customers via phone or e-mail, nor should other financial institutions or card issuers.
