New e-@ccess Online Banking and Bill Payment
Thank you for choosing Far West Bank as your source for online banking and bill payment. We recently implemented exciting changes to e-@ccess Online Banking and Bill Payment that improved the service and technology we provide to our customers.
On February 10, 2010 we began using a new online banking and bill payment provider that offers a streamlined design that’s great for busy lifestyles and allows for everything you would expect an online banking and bill pay solution to provide, including:
- View transactions in real-time!
- Sleek, new updated design with easy-to-use navigation
- Protect your finances with enhanced security measures.
- Pay anyone with an e-mail address, any time, through Online Bill Payment, including these features:
- Schedule, change and/or stop single and recurring payments.
- Rush payments now available.
All scheduled transfers and online bill payment payees automatically converted to the new system, including automatic transfers, scheduled payments, or recurring payments you had established.
To ensure the most updated security features available, existing online banking customers were issued a new temporary User ID and Password for online access. The first time you log into the new system you will be asked to establish your permanent User ID and Password, known only to you. If you are an online banking customer and you have not yet received your temporary User ID (via U.S. Mail), please contact us immediately.
